Heidi Bivens builds Jules from small independent designers rather than big houses. On the New Year's Eve look: "The skirt is Orseund Iris. The lavender sheer bodysuit is Maroske Peech. The gloves we had made. The sheer halter is NIHL." And the detail that says everything: "Hunter made the star choker she wears in the episode herself — I gave her a dark green sheer ribbon, and she sewed it on set."
Why we can't let it go
Jules Vaughn has the most joyful wardrobe on Euphoria, and the most personal. Bivens sources it from tiny independent labels rather than the houses everyone else on the show wears, which makes it feel found rather than bought.
The method is layering transparency: sheer over sheer over colour, so the outfit has depth without weight. Add mismatched socks, a hand-made choker, glitter on the face, and the whole thing reads as constructed by the character rather than for her.
And that's why the choker detail matters so much. The actor sewed it on set. There is no better summary of how this wardrobe is meant to feel.

Layer sheer over solid. A mesh top over a bodysuit, a sheer skirt over shorts, a transparent sleeve under a strap. Depth without bulk is the whole technique.
The palette is pastel but acidic — lilac, lemon, mint, baby pink — used in blocks rather than as accents.
Add one handmade or obviously personal element: a choker, a pin, a customised sock, something drawn on. Bivens builds this in deliberately and it's what stops the look feeling bought.
And glitter counts as a garment here, not as makeup. Placed graphically under the eye or across the temple, it's as much a part of the outfit as anything on the body.
